I am more disappointed than pissed. I special ordered an oversized hot tub cover last October which couldn't accomplish the number one task required.

It would not hold the heat in. The product is obviously ill designed and cheaply made.

The materials used were lightweight and the cover was super thin. Now 5 months later after numerous calls and photos to customer service they want me to spend more money to ship what is basically a piece of garbage
