We use freight companies to delivery your oversized product - hot tub cover. The carriers do their best but if your home situation does not allow door service it does have to be curb-side.

We are sorry to read there was damages and since we advised you to contact the carrier to file a claim, you were made aware of procedures. If you need any help again, please email us.

We do custom made the covers and have specs on file for measurements. Our handles and safety straps are strategically placed. Since we custom make if you needs specific locations, we suggest you contact us to place your order by phone.

This company is a joke ! All I see is them making excuses.

So tell us people what is covered because it seems like every complaint is not warranty. Also tell us why we should wait longer for our order because your backed up. It's not our problem that ur backed up !.

Hello,

The warranty does not cover waterlogging caused by severe chemical damage. This cover had the underside bleached out which shows improper care.

This is not a result of a manufacturing defect and would not be covered under any hot tub cover warranty.

We tried to work with this customer and offered a discounted remake as the full cover required replacement.

Water quality should be tested on a regular basis plus occasionally tested by a specialist at your local store.

Hello Jenna and Andrew,

Production of your order was less than five weeks, due to our Canadian seasonal volume. Shipping time depend on your location.

The email notifying you the order shipped provided the following instructions:

"Any damage or suspected damages (i.e. Damage to the box or packaging) must be noted on the waybill when signing for delivery or the product is to be refused. "

It was your responsibility to inspect before signing.

Once you sign that you received the package in good condition, we cannot hold the transport company responsible for damages.

We have offered to work with you, sent you a replacement vapour barrier and help you repair the vinyl damages, and yet you continue to post this is our fault you did not follow instructions.

Hello - we cannot identify this posting as one of our customer as they do not identify themselves.

Our shipping policy for our US customers is to schedule a delivery appointment so that they may inspect the box and cover - refuse if damages or sign if in good shape. This is posted on our web site plus the email notification:

***ONCE YOUR COVER HAS ARRIVED IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT FOR ANY DAMAGES***

*** IF YOU SUSPECT ANY DAMAGES OR THERE IS IMMINENT DAMAGE TO THE PACKING PLEASE REFUSE THE COVER.

IF YOU ACCEPT THE DAMAGED COVER IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE A CLAIM DIRECTLY WITH THE SHIPPER***

If you signed for the cover received in good condition, and there is damages, we advise you to file a concealed freight claim. Depending on the damage it may be repairable or parts of the cover replaced.

This was most likely the response we sent. If you respond back, please request a quote for this.

Took 2 months to get cover and then received wrong cover!! Completely wrong size and color. It is always the same excuse...its our busy season, we are covering for alot of people, blah blah blah. Just own up to the fact that your customer service and follow up is horrible. Plus the quality of the cover we got in error is not great at all. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

Cover is junk.workmanship is poor. materials they use are not the best in the industry - that is misleading, vinyl is low quality, doesn't last. Warranty is basically a way to get you to pay for a replacement cover that won't last. All the problems you are reading here...
