Sale was OK and information was minimal. Once the sale is 'completed' an "up sale" email was sent informing us we needed a $75 option.

Which was not required. Never a person to speak. The delivery was promised in 5 weeks, it took 9 weeks with no communication. No clips were included, they were provided at no charge on a later date.

3 months later the lifter malfunctioned- when contacted they directed me to the manufacture saying they had no control over the product. A day later we were informed it was not under warranty and we could purchase new parts.

The parts would total 75% or more of the cost to replace. Stay Away, certainly a business which thrives on 1 time orders.

The after sales email are suggestions to improve your cover depending on your location and situation.

Our phones are answered seven days a week. If our representatives are on the busy we ask you to leave a message and return your call as quick as possible.

The industry experienced very high sales this past year and due to the volume this delayed production and ship times.

Unfortunately we can only make so many per day.

All the lifters are covered by the lifter manufacturer. We have good experiences with them helping out with warranties.

If your situation was due to a manufacturing defect they would have helped you out. Thank you The Cover Guy
