Cover arrived 6 weeks after i ordered it.. this is my second cover from them both were the same ordering dimensions.

the first one fit perfect and lasted about 7 years .. This one is at least 1/2 short and paid for a 10 inch skirt not 6 inch which is what if showed up with. I also had to go pick it up, yet it states free shipping, but never states you will have to pick it up... I have tried calling about 10 times - NO HUMAN ANSWERS - no return calls....

very poor customer service...

Very expensive cover to have such poor customer service. RUN AWAY find other alternatives...

We very rarely have covers with orders of 10 inches long and are not sure if you are our customer. Our cover pricing also does not match your loss amount either even with our thickest foam and all the upgrades possible.

We also very rarely have customers having to pick up their cover orders which means you would live in a location not served by our carriers and their partners.

If we are on the phone, you would get a voicemail to leave your return call information.

All calls are returned within 24 hours.
