I recently ordered a hot tub cover on- line. A at the end of the order I received a promotion online for 10% off on any filters.

I ordered the filter and there was no discount. I called them to ask them about it and they said they had no discount offer online and send them a copy of the screenshot that showed the discount. I had to order a second hot tub cover to re-create the discount screen for the filter. They would not honor their on line discount.

So I ended up canceling the order for the hot tub cover(s) and was stuck with a $60 filter that I could have purchased at Spa Depot for $25 .

Try Spa Depot, they even answer their phone! I would have canceled the filter but they had already shipped it!
