Website originally said 2-3 weeks for delivery, this was changed to 5 weeks due to "peak season" with no apologies.and no offer to be accommodating.

At this point, we've been waiting over 6 weeks and no sign that it's shipped and no progress update. As everyone has said, customer service is basically non-existant except after the initial order when they asked us to consider an upgrade. We've called, left voicemails, and emailed dozens of times and never receive responses. (Actually, they did respond to our first voicemail when we wanted to add an item to the order, so we know someone is there...) At this point the lack of hot tub is hurting our business.

ANy decent company would be working to remedy the situation, but that seems pretty farfetched considering our experience.

We are going to contact our bank and have the charges reversed.I've never left a bad review before, but unfortunately it seems obvious this is a total scam.

Review about: The Cover Guy Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Never received it, No customer service, Voicemails, No response to emails or voicemails.

We cannot verify if this is one of our buyers as they do not identify themselves.

Our company did experience a very high volume of sales from early spring through summer this year.

Our production facility did fall behind our standard 3 to 4 weeks production time. This shipping timeline is based on seasonal volume.

We are responding to all inquiries but again due to volume our staff is overwhelmed with the higher seasonal demand.

We do apologize for the delays we are experiencing.
