These bd reviews are very concerning as I just ordered a hot tub cover. I also noticed a foreign transaction fee that I never agreed to (red flag). I also see the Cover Guy only responds to positive comments posted here on this site.

We cannot verify if this is one of our buyers as they do not identify themselves.

Our company did experience a very high volume of sales from early spring through summer this year.

Our production facility did fall behind our standard 3 to 4 weeks production time.

This shipping timeline is based on seasonal volume.

Yes, incredibly enough peak season started early and went right through summer.
