After reading all the negative reviews dont buy from company, I had to write about my positive experience ..I dealt with Katie customer service , she was wonderful , always got back to me when I left a message often within minutes ..I had concerns about my measurements after I placed my order for some reason my tub wasn't measuring to the factory specs? so I had to stop production and sent Katie the pics and measurements which she promptly replied and after all that my cover was completed and on my hot tub in little less than 3 weeks//Cover fits perfect finally ,quality is excellent ... Thanks

But you won't try to fix the covers that are really poorly made.


There is no Katie. The whole place is run by one person & she told me her name is Sarah.

It’s extremly suspect how they avoid speaking to people live. They email, talk in circles and the bad English seems like it is going through a translation app.

All communication is also conducted very late at night. I wish I had read the reviews:(
