We bought a cover for our hot tub. They did not honor there warranty when it fell apart.

We had a local business come and measure and order the cover through this business. They are telling me that we did not buy directly there is no warranty. The local business gave us a sale slip and warranty paperwork. Sent everything into this company.

Still no warranty. Do not trust this company.

Product or Service Mentioned: The Cover Guy Cover.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Discount or money back.
