Cover arrived ripped .At first customer service said they would fix/service.

Tear was on inside of fold which delivery service could not have accessed. 2nd day call from Cover Guys, they decided it was fault of delivery service. I now have an expensive ripped hot tub cover. would not recommend using this company.

Wish I had found this site before purchasing. Customer service made it so difficult, paperwork, several different things to fill out then more paperwork for delivery service.

Seems the tears were an act of god and neithers fault.Just gave up which I believe was the purpose of all the paperwork.

Hello - we cannot identify this posting as one of our customer as they do not identify themselves.

Our shipping policy for our US customers is to schedule a delivery appointment so that they may inspect the box and cover - refuse if damages or sign if in good shape.This is posted on our web site plus the email notification:

***ONCE YOUR COVER HAS ARRIVED IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT FOR ANY DAMAGES***

*** IF YOU SUSPECT ANY DAMAGES OR THERE IS IMMINENT DAMAGE TO THE PACKING PLEASE REFUSE THE COVER.

IF YOU ACCEPT THE DAMAGED COVER IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE A CLAIM DIRECTLY WITH THE SHIPPER***

If you signed for the cover received in good condition, and there is damages, we advise you to file a concealed freight claim. Depending on the damage it may be repairable or parts of the cover replaced.
